Student
- is familiar with the laws and documents guiding early childhood education
- knows different levels of administration in early childhood education
- knows the phenomena of pedagogical leadership and management
- recognizes the importance of leadership in an ECEC organization
- identifies key phenomena in pedagogical development processes within pedagogical community.
- actively participates in meetings and other activities of pedagogical team and pedagogical development in the group of children
- has a reflecting and developing approach to work and operative culture

Rejected: Student has not achieved a good level in relation to the goals of the internship (grade 3)
- The student does not master the basics of ethical competence.
- The student does not master the basics of customer work knowledge.
- The student does not recognize and can not define phenomena and basic concepts related to the field.
- The student does not assume professional responsibility for his / her activities at the internship.
Passed: The student has achieved the general objectives of the internship at a good level (3)
- During the internship the student acquires the basic skills of ethical competence.
- During the internship the student acquires the basic skills of client work skills.
- The student is able to identify and define phenomena and basic concepts related to the field.
- The student takes responsibility and undertakes not only his / her own activities, but also client work and internship activities.
