Objectives (course unit)
After completing this course student:

- can use quality tools and systems in business life
Content (course unit)
Quality resources and planning, total quality managment systems, quality improvement tools and technigues, continual improvement through self assessment and benchmarking, techniques used in quality planning, process management and control, quality teamwork.
