Objectives (course unit)
Student is able to
- know the administrative organisation and key decision making levels of primary health care, hospital districts, municipal public utilities, and limited companies
- know work-related laws, collective agreement contents, and other regulations
- identify the role of organisational nature, structure and culture in health care and clinical laboratory work
- know key concepts and meaning of quality and process management as well as the balanced scorecard in practical laboratory work
- know basics of the diverse sectors of personnel management
- know basics of laboratory economy
- do business like job application and CV
- know the diverse phases and channels of the search for work process and different recruitment ways
Content (course unit)
Student is able to
- know the new models for social and health care and the administrative organisation and key decision making levels of municipal public utilities, and limited companies
