Objectives (course unit)

Basics of Project Knowledge, 3 ECT cr
The student
- knows the life cycle of the project and is able to use the basic concepts of project work.
- recognizes the roles and responsibilities of the project organization and can explain the significance of the project plan from the perspective of the project life cycle.
- recognizes the importance of communication and documentation in project work and is able to parse and analyse the importance of project monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance as part of project implementation.
- is able to describe the different financing methods of the project and the financial process.

Projects
The student is able to
- work in diverse multidisciplinary projects as experts of their own field to promote client wellbeing
- plan, realise and assess services which are produced in multiprofessional projects
- choose and realise evidence-based working practices in different operating environments
- evaluate their own work and improve their professional expertise
- develop services in a client-oriented manner
- support nursing students / staff and patients/clients in using point of care tests and other laboratory services

Basics of Project Knowledge, 3 ECT cr
Lifespan of the project and basic concepts of project work Project organisation, project management and roles.
Objectives, structure and contents of the project plan. Communication and documentation in project work.
Project follow-up, evaluation, quality assurance and financing.

Basics of Project Knowledge, 3 ECT cr
The student has achieved adequately the knowledge and skill goals set for the course. He/she knows the basic concepts of project life cycle and project work and recognizes the responsibilities and roles of the project organization. He/she is aware of the importance of the project plan from the perspective of the project life cycle and is aware of the importance of communication and documentation in project work. The student recognizes the importance of project monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance as part of project implementation.

The student has achieved well the knowledge and skill goals set for the course. He/she can apply the basic concepts of project life cycle and project work and is able to outline the roles and responsibilities of the project organization. He/she can explain the significance of the project plan from the perspective of the project life cycle and outline the significance of communication and documentation in project work. The student is able to explain the importance of project monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance as part of project implementation and is able to compare different financing methods and financing processes.

The student has achieved excellently the knowledge and skill goals set for the course. He/she is able to analyse the basic concepts of project life cycle and project work and the responsibilities and roles of the project organization in relation to developing professional skills. He/she is able to analyse the significance of a project plan from the project life cycle perspective and is able to outline and analyse the significance of communication and documentation in project work in a broad context. The student is able to analyse and develop the project's monitoring, evaluation and quality as part of the project work and is able to compare different financing methods and financing processes.
