Objectives (course unit)

In the thesis, the student demonstrates the competence of the subject of the work as well as the capability to manage the research methods needed and the professional communication. The student is able to apply his / her knowledge and skills in expert tasks in the ICT sector. The student is able to independent, long-term, and goal-oriented research work. The student is able to deal with the topic thoroughly. The student is able to prepare a report according to the requirements set for the thesis. The student is able to independently search for information and to apply it in practice.

Content (course unit)

The topic of the Bachelor's Thesis must relate to the main professional subjects of the study path. The subject may be, for example, a design task, a product development task, a research assignment or a development function for production technology. When discussing the suitability of a topic, it is important to consider whether the subject of the bachelor's thesis is a typical work for an ICT engineer. The student himself usually acquires the subject of the Bachelor’s Thesis.
