Objectives (course unit)
The student is able to
• apply their technical expertise in building projects and site management and carry out practical tasks related to project management
plan and carry out their own work individually and as a member of a team
• create a maintenance plan for building technology for the building
Content (course unit)
Tasks and job description of building services project management. Mapping and maintenance plan of the building's technical building system.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2) (course unit)
The student has participated in project assignments, but the work has not been spontaneous. The agreed timetables have been partially inadequate. Layouts of project work goals have been limited in reporting on self-learning.
Assessment criteria, good (3-4) (course unit)
The student has identified his / her own learning goals and developed his / her skills according to the goals. The student has worked on project assignments according to agreed goals. Agreed timetables have been followed and reporting is comprehensive.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5) (course unit)
In addition to the above, the student has highlighted development suggestions related to the topics covered. The student has been active and spontaneous in setting goals, working and final reporting.
