Objectives (course unit)

Student

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2) (course unit)

The student will identify some of the key steps and methods of the service design process. He has not been able to critically apply service design methods and thinking in his own development project. He has not been able to engage clients and stakeholders in development activities. The student has completed some of the assignments.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4) (course unit)

The student recognizes the key steps and methods of the service design process. He has been able to compare and justify the service design methods he has chosen for his development project. He has been able to engage clients and stakeholders in development activities. The student has completed the given assignments

Assessment criteria, excellent (5) (course unit)

The student understands comprehensively the key steps and methods of the service design process. He has been able to analyze the benefits of the methods and based his selection of service design methods on his own development project. He has been able to engage clients and stakeholders in development activities and has been successful in bringing his development project to the customer. Throughout the project, he has been able to work with the various partners in a responsible, flexible and constructive manner. The student has completed all the assignments in a commendable manner

Assessment criteria, pass/fail (course unit)

The student does not recognize the essential steps and methods of the service design process. He has not been able to critically apply service design methods and thinking in his own development project. He has not been able to engage clients and stakeholders in development activities. The student has not completed the given assignments.

Location and time

Opintojakson toteutuksessa on käytössä Moodle ja Zoom. Opintojakson toteutus on virtuaalinen (etäopetus).
Yhteiset kontaktiajat ovat alla; opiskelijat ja opettajat/opettaja ovat silloin yhdessä online -Zoomissa (ei TAMKilla, ei hybridiopetusta). Zoom-linkki jaetaan opiskelijoille etukäteen.

Ennen opintojakson alkua ennakkotehtävä noin 1-2 viikkoa ennen aloituspäivää. Julkaistaan opintojakson Moodlessa.

Exam schedules

Opintojakson arviointi perustuu yritysprojektiin
- suunnittelu, toteutus, raportointi (kirjallinen ja suullinen)
- projekti on valmis noin viikkoa ennen viimeistä kontaktipäivää (25.3.2021)

- Itsenäinen tiedonhaku ja ryhmän yhteinen tiedonhaku
-Yritysprojekti ryhmätyönä: palvelumuotoilun soveltaminen käytäntöön. Ryhmä valitsee itse aiheen ja hankkii toimeksiannon. Aiheita voi miettiä ja pohtia jo ennen opintojakson aloitusta ja mahdollisesti kontaktoida yrityksiä. HUOM. projekti toteutetaan opintojakson aikataulun puitteissa! (opintojakson aloituspäivän ja lopetuspäivän välisessä ajassa)
