Objectives (course unit)

In this course students will learn business modeling in practise by using different kind of business modeling tools. They will create their first business model and try to find right Product Market Fit for their Products and Services.

After completing the course the student will be able to
- develop innovative business model by using different kind of tools, like Business Model Canvas, Lean Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, Empathy Map etc.)
- search different kind of relevant information from different sources
- utilize network of experts in the development of the idea

- How to use development tools for business modeling?
- How to develop business by finding useful information from different kind of sources?
- How to create useful networks?
- How to lead networks?

Pass:
The student applies different business modelling tools in a structured manner. He/she can compare different business modelling tools and choose a tool according to the desired outcome. The student applies business modelling theory to solve upcoming problems. He/she is able to consider and assess things both from his/her and the close community's viewpoint.
