Objectives (course unit)

The student
- is able to define a basic study question in the health sciences and perform a structured data search
- understands the grounds of good scientific practice
- understands the meaning of evidence-based practice in nursing
- knows the clinical guidelines based on health care
- is able to identify scientific / professional sources of information in their field and is able to retrieve them systematically
- is able evaluate and use information sources

- the most important national and international databases and clinical guidelines in the field of health sciences
