- Mindmap: Outline the skills student have acquired at different stages of life
- VIA Test: Recognize own personality traits and strengths
- Build up a plan for a portfolio of competences
- Training to search for jobs
- To understand how promoting diversity, acceptance and appreciation are applied in the work community
