Objectives (course unit)
The students will learn everyday Finnish and Finnish culture. They will be able to continue studying Finnish on their own after the course.
Content (course unit)
The focus of the course is on spoken communication in Finnish and the ability to work in a group. The most important basic aspects of Finnish grammar are also covered.

Further information
The evaluation is based on a spoken presentation about an aspect of Finnish culture (of the student’s choosing) and an open-book exam. The grading scale is 1-5.
