- get and give constructive feedback and suggestions on writing
- develop skills needed to do their final thesis

Evaluation methods and criteria

The course is evaluated on a pass/fail scale based on the completion of ten tasks from the online course, culminating in the writing of a 10-15 page "mock" thesis which should adhere to the same rules as a thesis proper.

The entire course is conducted online, in Moodle, and involves task completion based on an understanding of the TAMK Report Guide.

Materials include the TAMK thesis writing guide, past theses from Theseus.fi and the TAMK thesis template.
