Student
- is able to analyze one's own identity in general and in relation to social values, ethical principles and work

- My life history, self-image and identity, professional growth, social competencies, social work values, ethics and human perception - -
- Self-directed learner, socio-constructivist learning, active agency, self-acceptance, intrinsic motivation
- Self-assessment and reflection skills, listening, appreciating and respecting others' views as part of one's own thinking, receiving and giving feedback
- Collaboration, group dynamics, interaction skills in meeting people and customers

Abandoned:
The student examines his / her own knowledge and growth regarding the content of the course at a general and descriptive level

Admitted:
The student reflects on his / her growth and knowledge through the contents of the course, substantiating and theorising

Practical training and working life cooperation

Yhteistyö opiskelijoiden työyhteisön kanssa. Mentorit mukana tukemassa ammatillista kasvua. Ammatillisen kasvun toteuttaminen omassa työssä oppimalla= opinnollistaminen.
