Are you ready to share your knowledge and help a new entrepreneur to grow?

Junior & senior –mentorship program is a new way to build and improve your business coaching skills
with an experienced business mentor from Pirkanmaan Yrityskummit ry.

Together you will be helping a new business to bloom: getting the first customers, setting up digital marketing channels or defining the product offering. All based on the needs of the fresh entrepreneur and your insights.

The seven new companies that are part of this first program are representing branches like import of goods, vehicle wholesales, restaurant, accounting and cloud computing.

To earn the 2-4 credits, you need to be an active member of the mentoring team, concretely work with the entrepreneur and write a learning diary to be shared among your colleagues at the course.

The kick-off will be organized at the end of October. There you’ll learn everything needed to get started!

This program is a pilot and will be organized together with City of Tampere/ Työllisyyspalvelut.
