Objectives (course unit)

Student

- can critically put them into practice in his own development project
- can commit customers and interest groups to development activities

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2) (course unit)

The student will identify some of the key steps and methods of the service design process. He has not been able to critically apply service design methods and thinking in his own development project. He has not been able to engage clients and stakeholders in development activities. The student has completed some of the assignments.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4) (course unit)

The student recognizes the key steps and methods of the service design process. He has been able to compare and justify the service design methods he has chosen for his development project. He has been able to engage clients and stakeholders in development activities. The student has completed the given assignments

Assessment criteria, excellent (5) (course unit)

The student understands comprehensively the key steps and methods of the service design process. He has been able to analyze the benefits of the methods and based his selection of service design methods on his own development project. He has been able to engage clients and stakeholders in development activities and has been successful in bringing his development project to the customer. Throughout the project, he has been able to work with the various partners in a responsible, flexible and constructive manner. The student has completed all the assignments in a commendable manner

The student does not recognize the essential steps and methods of the service design process. He has not been able to critically apply service design methods and thinking in his own development project. He has not been able to engage clients and stakeholders in development activities. The student has not completed the given assignments.

Location and time

Kurssin aikataulua on jouduttu muuttamaan kurssin tavoitteiden vuoksi.
Kurssin aloitus on 24.01.2019 eli tässä on käytössä koko päivä 8.30-15.30, paikka Kuntokadulla.

Seuraava lähitapaamiskerta on 21.02.19 klo 8.30-11.30, tämä oli merkattu aiemmin koko päiväksi.

Kolmas eli viimeinen lähitapaamiskerta on 21.03.19 klo 8.30-15.30, Tämä päivä oli suunniteltu puolen päivän mittaiseksi, mutta kurssin luonteen vuoksi jouduimme vaihtamaan tämän koko päiväksi. Kolmas kerta on seminaaripäivä, jolloin esitetään omat tehtävät.
