Objectives (course unit)
Student is able to:
- Define what service design is
- Apply different service design methods
- Design interactive services in a user-centered and co-creative way
- Use analytics to improve the service experience quality
Content (course unit)
Process, principles, tools and methods, service designer’s role, visual design in digital service design.

No tests, but assignments and presentations.

Lectures, assignments, issue based discussions, case solutions, prototyping and student's presentations

Basics of service design. Customer journey maps. Service blueprint. Prototyping in service design.
