Objectives (course unit)

Opiskelija osaa:
- analyysimittausten perusteet teollisuusprosessien ja ympäristönsuojelun kannalta
- analyysimittausten laitteet ja erityisvaatimukset
- sellu- ja paperiteollisuuden mittaukset sekä niissä tarvittavat laitteistot.

Content (course unit)

Prosessiteollisuuden analyysimittauksia, mm. tiheys, viskositeetti, kosteus, pH, ja johtavuus. Kaasuanalysaattorit. Sellu- ja paperiteollisuuden erikoismittauksia, mm. sakeus ja paperin laatusuureet.

Classroom teaching and home excercises.

Learning materials

Lectures, notes made by a student, other referred material by a lecturer.

Student workload

The total working hours for passing the course is ca. 81 hours (3 x 27 hours) of which a student has to reserve the major part for self-learning.

Content scheduling

The course involves classroom teaching on a regular basis. The more detailed course structure is introduced in the first class and it will be available in the course information on Tabula afterwards.
