Objectives (course unit)
A thorough Thesis Plan, i.e. an extended topic analysis, forms the second chapter of the thesis. As a rule you should have made good progress in familiarization with literature at this stage and, hence, proper referencing is expected from a Thesis Plan.
At this point of the thesis process, the students will be able to:
Develop thesis objectives or form possible research questions.
Understand which theories form the basis of the thesis.
Know how to choose appropriate research methods.
Demonstrate an estimated project timetable for the thesis project.
