Objectives (course unit)

The course covers the main fields of family and inheritance law: children, relationships, inheritance, and wills.

After completing the course students will
- be familiar with the main concepts, principles and rules of family and inheritance law
- be able to apply family and inheritance law norms as well as to analyse and solve related problems
