Objectives (course unit)
The students will be familiar with the legislation regarding property and housing transaction and housing trade. They will learn the basic skills to work as an estate agent and can take part in licensed real estate agent (LKV) exam.
Content (course unit)
Code of Real Estate and other legislation. Steps and documents of property and housing transaction, renting and leasing. Estate agent’s tasks and responsibilities.
