Objectives (course unit)

Students become familiar with the customer potential in experience economy and tourism during their study in a team company.

- The student can search for information in the literature and is able to take advantage of a network of experts in the development team company.
- The student is able to work in team and develop team building activities help to forward.
- The student is able to develop a team company, which will prepare and launch customer projects.

Tämä opintojakso on tarkoitettu matkailuosaamiseen painottuvan tiimin opiskelijoille.

Opintojakson arviointi perustuu tiiminäyttöön, jossa koko tiimi yhdessä näyttää osaamisensa käytännönläheisessä näyttökokeessa. Näyttökoetta arvioivat tiimi, valmentaja ja asiakas. Arviointiin vaikuttavat näyttökokeen lisäksi tiimiyrityksen määrällisten tavoitteiden saavuttaminen. Tavoitteet asettavat opiskelijat ja Proakatemian valmentajat yhdessä. Opintojakso arvioidaan suoritusmerkinnällä.
