Objectives (course unit)
Main objectives:
-understanding why strategic thinking is important in business operation
-comparing different approaches to strategy and industrial development; history, classical and contemporary methods
-understanding new businesses and markets through applicable exams and group work
Content (course unit)
The participants focus on classical and contemporary methods and approaches of strategic planning and management. The module is specially built for people in executive or advisory positions in a diverce range and size of businesses who operate in international markets.
