Objectives (course unit)

The student is able to work in a networked, global world. Student is able to recognize the dynamics and conditions of business and work. The student knows different means of profiling her/himself on the global professional and work in networks. Student is able to use social and open media in a professional way in media production.

Content (course unit)

Practical exercises with social media. Economy, society and culture in the networked world. Media convergence. Open access, open media, funding models. Established and new revenue models. Sustainable development.

Wednesday-Thursday 10.-11.10 MindTrek Conference.
MId-October - MidNovember Independent work for EYA Online Projects
STUDY TRIP from Tuesday 27.11. to Saturday 1.12. to Graz, Austria: European Youth Award Festival.
Monday 10.12. Deadline for reports. Closing and feedback.

Active participation in contact lessons, active role and clear tasks in EYA Online project.
Reports and blog text from MindTrek Conference and European Youth Award Festival.
