Objectives (course unit)
The student is able to independently practice his/her own part, playing or singing together with an ensemble, as well as performing as a part of an ensemble in concert or other various presentations. The student is capable of choosing suitable pieces for the group to perform, as well as taking a leading role on the working process.
Ensemble studies consists of:
- Orchestra playing
-Chamber music
- Band
-Choir
-Vocal ensemble and ensemble work
-Lied seminar
-Oratorio
.Opera
-Production work
The student is able to reflect his/her performance and give constructive feedback to others.
Content (course unit)
The student has the opportunity to independently choose the kind of ensemble studies suitable for his/her main subject. The student takes responsibility for the practical issues regarding the performances. The teachers act as mentors for the students.
