Oppimistavoitteet
Opiskelija ymmärtää ihmisten erilaisuuden tuomat mahdollisuudet ja haasteet työyhteisössä
Opiskelija oppii tunnistamaan oman toimintatyylinsä (Thomas-analyysi)
Lisäksi opiskelija ymmärtää ihmisten erilaisuuden esimiestyölle asettamat haasteet
