Objectives (course unit)

During this course students will start their business in co-operative company, build up their team, learn about fellow leadership and team learning in practise and develop their business ideas and products by using lean product development methods.

After completing the course the student will be able to
- build up a team, lead a team by using methods of fellow leadership
- work and learn effectively in a team
- use different lean product development methods to create profitable business in a team
- pitch business idea for the audience

* Participate to every training session
