Objectives (course unit)
The aim is to understand that organisations as well as individuals display learning behaviour.
Content (course unit)
In this module, students learn to identify the special characteristics of a learning organization, and the methods available for promoting organizational learning.
Prerequisites (course unit)
1st year studies.

Teaching methods: Project work, seminars, web-based learning activities, study of the literature and related essay, participation in a seminar cruise, participation in proAcademy day, development of proAcademy study activities.
