Objectives (course unit)
Student understands and can apply Leadership skills. Student understands strategy process and can apply strategy tools. Student undesrtands change process and can apply methods for motivation and rewarding .
Student is familiar with Labor Law content and is capable of managing contracts and recruitment & termination activities.
