Objectives (course unit)

The student is able to
-Analyse media from the end user experience perspective
-Use basic concepting work methods and practices in the media development field
-Collaborate in an international student team.

- Media experience creation
- Benchmarking
- Basic theories and practises of user-centered design
- Brainstorming and team working methods and practises
- Sustainable development

Student workload

In addition to contact teaching the students work with the individual research report as well.

Course starts 21.8.2017 9 o'clock. Contact teaching 21.-24.8. and 28.-31.8.2017. In addition to that one contact day in October: 24.10. 9-12

- Attendance: The student attends most of the contact teaching
- Good quality of the team work and presentation
- Good quality of the individual research reports

Assessment criteria - excellent (5) (Not in use, Look at the Assessment criteria above)

- Attendance: The student attends almost all contact teaching and takes actively part to discussions
