Objectives (course unit)
The course covers the key fields of law concerning persons focusing on the right to use a certain name or identifier, privacy and data protection, information security, guardianship, and the rights of patients.
After completing the course students will be able to
- understand the main concepts, principles and rules of personal rights law, guardianship and the rights of patients
- understand the main concepts, principles and rules of privacy and data protection
- understand the basics of information security
- apply above-mentioned norms and analyse and solve related legal problems.
