Objectives (course unit)
The purpose of the course is to help students to enjoy their experience abroad and to provide basic information about intercultural awareness and understanding process during the period abroad. Students will increase their knowledge and understanding to analyse different cultural habits, customs and communication styles.
Students become aware of the benefits and profits that the international exchange period has created concerning the student’s own career development.

All the assignments of the course needs to get a passed mark. Final mark is passed.

Teaching methods
Program is implemented in Tabula learning space. Different materials have been attached to the program in forms of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, links to web-pages, forums, scanned articles etc.
The course is based on experiential learning theory where student's own experiences and analysis of them are seen as precondition to high quality and permanent learning process.
