Objectives (course unit)
This course deals with professional website design and production. It includes commercial issues that are essential for e-business and e-commerce and use of mobile and social media.
After completing the course, the students will be able to:
Understand the content of professional eBusiness and eCommerce-system.
Understand how to design eBusiness and eCommerce.
Familiarise themselves with the mobile and social media possibilities.
Produce a simple website.
Produce content to websites.

This course deals with professional aspects of e-business in current society. Digitalization and fast disruption in products and services forces businesses continuously to re-think their operations in terms of internet. Mobile devices and social media are harnessed today heavily in running and reaching new, location-aware contextual services, so we will give them special attention.
After completing the course, the students will be able to: Understand the content of professional e-business and e-commerce systems. Understand the production issues related in hosting the commercial e-business solutions. Concept a real international campaign in tourism area and consider widely the possibilities of mobile and social media in implementation.
