Objectives (course unit)
During this course students will deepen their knowledge of community law, especially regarding limited companies. Additionally, students will study norms regulating cooperative societies and associations.
Students
- know the norms regulating decision-making and administrative bodies of different types of companies and cooperative societies
- can analyse and assess juridical authority and responsibility relations, especially in management duties and responsibilities, regarding personal companies, limited companies, and cooperative societies
- know the capital procedure of limited companies
- know the basic norms regulating different types of company arrangements
- know the basic norms and principles regulating non-profit associations
- can apply community law norms and analyse and solve related problems.
