Objectives (course unit)
The students have the skills needed to improve themselves as managers of media projects. They know the principles of creative leadership on the individual, group and organisation level.
Content (course unit)
Self knowledge and self-management in leadership. Different management customs of organisations. Focus areas and models of leadership. Managing multi-cultural working communities. Managing creativity. Management development methods. Consolidating different operational cultures.
