Objectives (course unit)

The students are able to make calculations on different financing options. They understand the logical functions and conditional statements. They can convert data to different number bases.

Content (course unit)

Interest and compound interest calculation when calculating the cost or profit and profitability of capital. They can calculate different kinds of financing methods by using spreadsheet.
Statement logic and Boolean algebra with logical functions and conditional statements. Different notations, the conversions and data representations used in computers.

Osan 1 tentti 2.3.2009
Osan 2 tentti 4. periodin loppupuolella.
Mahdolliset uusinnat yleisinä tenttipäivinä 24.4.2009 tai 8.6.2009.

Evaluation methods and criteria

Opintojakson arvosana on osien 1 ja 2 keskiarvo. Molemmat osat on suoritettava hyväksytysti.
