Objectives (course unit)
Student is able to
- set up and make definitions of a project on international environment
- write and read project plan
- co-operate and coordinate projects with international partners
- work on a project as a team member and project manager and understand the responsibilities of different roles
- communicate and work in multicultural teams
- deal with budgeting and financing in international projects
- find information about international agreements, copyright and legal issues
Content (course unit)
Basics of project management: quality of content, resources, time and the challenges in international projects. Communication with the customers from different cultural background. Team work and work flow in multicultural teams. Budgeting. Project plan. Agreements, legal and copyright issues.
