Objectives (course unit)

Student is able to
- be aware of the general rules for studying at TAMK
- know TAMK’s services to support professional learning processes
- know learning environments and know what to do in different situations
- use Tampere University of Applied Sciences’ online services, email, Peppi and Pakki, and other needed information technology
- know the campus library, can use TAMK library services and information sources
- know the principles of learning promotion and cooperation
- know the profession of Biomedical Laboratory Scientist as a part of health care sector
- maintain their own individual study plan and actively monitor their learning and growth to expertise

Teaching methods

Tutustuminen TAMK oppimisympäristöön ja It-järjestelmiin. Opetussuunnitelma 16BA tutustuminen tuutoropettajien ohjauksessa. Opiskelijatuutorit ohjeistavat opiskeluun ja tutustuttavat oppimisympäristöihin. Eri palveluiden ja yhteistyötahojen infoja.
Kahden päivän opintokäynnit ( 11-12.lokakuuta 2016) kliinisiin laboratorioihin Tampereen Fimlabin toimialueella lähinnä Pirkanmaalla.Erillisohjelman mukaisesti. Reflektioseminaari tutustumispäivistä.

Lähitunteja, infotilaisuuksia, ryhmä- ja yksilökeskusteluja, käytännön tutustumispäiviä. Itsenäistä tutustumista ja perehtymistä.

Integroidun osan tavoitteiden saavuttaminen osoitetaan opintojaksolla Bioanalytiikka ja bioanalyytikon työ.
