Further information
Ennakkotehtävä läheteteään 15late-ryhmälle elokuussa ja se tulee tehdä ennen opintojakson alkua. Jos et ole 15late-ryhmän opiskelija, ota yhteyttä opintojakson opettajaan.
Assessment criteria - fail (0) (Not in use, Look at the Assessment criteria above)
Student doesn't
-participate the instrumental demoworks
-do the required exercises and labworks
-deliver the labreports on time
-pass the exam
Assessment criteria - satisfactory (1-2) (Not in use, Look at the Assessment criteria above)
The student is present in lesson to varying degrees. Student returns the incomplete tasks, and of late. With the exam and laboratorywork student shows the competence with principles of spectrometry; what is electromagnetic radiation and spectrometry, terminology, and basic spectrometric methods. Student needs guidance for the laboratory works and reports.
Assessment criteria - good (3-4) (Not in use, Look at the Assessment criteria above)
The student participates in the theory lessons and know how to use theory in practical work. Student needs guidance now and then but mostly does his/her job independently. Student gives back written exercices and reports on time. With the exam and laboratorywork student shows the compotence in principles of spectrometry, different spectrometric methods and interpretation of results. The student takes responsibility for occupational safety and laboratory works.
Assessment criteria - excellent (5) (Not in use, Look at the Assessment criteria above)
The student is actively involved in lessons, making questions and participate in discussions. Student gives back the written exercises / reports on time. Answers are well structured. Student understands the factors affecting the spectrometry and is able to reflect on and develop his/her work. With the exam and laboratorywork student shows the understanding of spectrometric methods and the things affecting to analysis. Student is capable to reflect and improve her/his working. Working in a laboratory goes well and student is also able to help other students.
