Objectives (course unit)
Students
- create and manage project groups
- build a working organisation for the team enterprise together with the others and manage the enterprise in a goal-oriented manner
- know the significance and prerequisites for self-management
- apply new management theories in practical management situations
- can define the changes taking place in society and working life and their impact on the well-being and capacity to work for the working age population
- work as members of a work community and promote its well-being
- know the most important legislation regarding well-being at work
