Objectives (course unit)
The course covers the main concepts, principles and rules of public law, especially constitutional, administrative and municipal law.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course students will
- be familiar with the main concepts, principles and rules of constitutional and municipal law
- be familiar with organisation of public authority
- be familiar with the principles of constitutional states
- be familiar with fundamental and human rights as well as the legal status of individuals
- be able to apply public law norms as well as analyse and solve related problems
