Objectives (course unit)
Students learn about practice of business, basic business form regulations, and key provisions of contract law.

- knows the basic rules of right to practise business
- knows different business forms and their key differences
- knows the key provisions concerning sales of movable property and tenancy
- knows the key provisions concerning credit agreements and collaterals
- can apply the above-mentioned provisions in practice and present justified solutions to practical problems
