Objectives (course unit)

The computer simulated management game gives participants an overall picture of challenges in business management and bringing together different business activities. The game part is implemented in a virtual environment.

After successful completion of the course, students will
- be able to coordinate various business operations
- be able to work in the company's management team
- be capable of making decisions under time pressure

What does strategy mean for the company and its operations?
