Objectives (course unit)

The student
- Knows terminology and usual work methods relating to the project management
- Can analyze results and work methods of projects
- Can make a project plan, which related to a work life
- Can utilize co-operation and communication skills and is able to utilize these skills in developing and deciding processes
- Can identify and define own special know how.

Content (course unit)

- Operating environment of project management and terminology
- Project planning and organize
- Phasing, planning and budgeting of a project
- Management of resources, costs, risks and time table of a project
- Project's execute and management
- Project reporting, project communication and project finishing

Arviointi tapahtuu koemenestyksen ja tuntiaktiivisuuden perusteella.

Pelin Risto., Projektihallinnan käsikirja (kaikki painokset) ja luentomateriaali Argonilla.

Student workload

Lähitunnit n. 35 h, itsenäinen työskentely 35 h ja tentit/palautus 4 h.

Hallitsee prjektinhallinnan keskeiset asiat ja käsitteet hyvin ja tuntee esim. projektin ositusmenetelmät (WBS) ja osaa soveltaa niitä yksinkertaisiin projekteihin.

Assessment criteria - excellent (5) (Not in use, Look at the Assessment criteria above)

Hallitsee projektinhallinnan keskeiset asiat ja käsitteet erittäin hyvin ,tuntee projektinhallinnan työkalut, kuten Pert, CPM, Ganttin kaavio jne. Osaa soveltaa em. asioita täysin uusiin ja erilaisiin tilanteisiin.
