Objectives (course unit)

Opiskelija
- hallitsee sosiaalialan toimintaympäristön ja palvelujärjestelmän ja tunnistaa niiden kehittämisen kohteet
- hallitsee sosiaalialan työtä ohjaavan keskeisen lainsäädännön sekä hallinnolliset periaatteet
- osaa kriittisesti analysoida yhteiskunnallisia ja globaaleja muutoksia sekä ennakoida niiden sosiaalisia vaikutuksia
- osaa hyödyntää ennakointitietoja ja – menetelmiä uudistuvien hyvinvointipalvelujen suunnittelussa ja kehittämisessä

Sosiaalialan toimintaympäristö, sitä ohjaava lainsäädäntö
Sosiaalipalveluiden tuottamistavat ja hallinnolliset periaatteet
Palvelurakenneuudistus ja palvelujen alueellinen kehittäminen
Ennakointi ja tulevaisuuden tutkimus hyvinvointipalvelujen suunnittelussa

Knows the functional environment and core legislation and is able to analyze the main trends. Is able to apply PESTEL and scenariotechniques. Written report and presentation cover the chosen field partly.

Knows the functional environment and its core legislation and is able to analyze the the changes and development trends. Is able to apply PESTEL and scenariotechniques skillfully. Written report and presentations covers the theme in a versatile way and are logic, consistent and follow the instructions given.

Masters the analysis of the functional environment, core legislation and strategies and can critically evaluated the various trends towards future. is able to apply PESTEL and scenariotechniques in an innovative way. Written report and presentation shows analytical skills and creativity. Written report is immaculate.
