Objective of course
Students have the theoretical and practical skills needed to teach music theory 6 and 7 groups. They have the ability to realise theory courses and examinations according to the demands. Students have the ability to treat their pupils individually and choose the means for differentiated and learner-centred teaching, as well as to react to changing needs. They are capable of creating consistent and versatile plans for courses and individual lessons. Students are acquainted with the music institutes as work environments and aware of the legislature governing there institutes. They understand their obligations and rights as teachers and have the ability to analyse the justification of their actions. Students have the ability to use their skills as teachers in an ethical way and reflect on the justness of their decisions. They have the skills to develop themselves as teachers and their own field.
