Objectives (course unit)

Student is able to:
- start, develop and work in a project as a team member or project manager
- read and write a detailed project plan, make definitions and schedules for project and different phases of the project
- develop their communication skills
- work in a client-producer relationship
- understand and make a budget
- deal with copyright and legal aspects of a media production
- read and write agreements
- collaborate in an international student team.

Content (course unit)

The three key elements of project management: quality of content, resources, time. Communication with the customer. Team work. Budgeting. Project plan. Legal and copyright issues. Sustainable development.

Active participation during contact lessons, creative team work during exercises. Assignments: project plan and project management manual.
