Objectives (course unit)

The student:
-knows the practices of studying in Tampere University of Applied Sciences, the requirements of blended learning and his/her own role and resposibility in studying
- can analyse and evaluate his/her own studying
- knows how to use a personal computer and most common utility programs especially word processing and spreadsheet as part of his/her studies
- can use the university´s IT network services as part of his/her studies

Content (course unit)

TAMK practices and services, TAMK information systems, learning environment in TAMK and in the programme of forestry, learning, group processes, using sources of information, web learning environment, the work of forestry professional and working life skills. Using word processing, spreadsheet and graphics applications in studies,TAMK information systems
