The student knows and understands
- the core notions and concepts of Knowledge Management
- the crucial role of human capital in organizational renewal process
- the special features of intangible property
- methods to analyze and develop human capital.
The student is able to
- develop and make use of human capital in change
- analyze and measure organization’s knowledge.

Content (course unit)

Theoretical models of knowledge management and application examples in managing organizational change.
