Objectives
The goal of the course is to help you identify factors affecting your well-being and encourage you to use different methods and tools to strengthen your own well-being and develop your study ability.
Content
After the course, the student:
- Has strengthened his/her self-awareness
- Has identified various ways to increase and maintain well-being
- Has realized what makes a meaningful and good everyday life for oneself
- Has practiced self-reflection both independently and in online discussion
- Has learned to use practical means to increase one's well-being, self-care and self-awareness
Assessment criteria, pass/fail
Student
- Identifies factors affecting their own study well-being
- Identifies things that are important to him/herself and is able to set goals that are in line with his/her values and that are meaningful to him/herself
- Knows different ways to cope with the challenges of studying
- Can reflect on one's own thoughts and feelings based on the material shown in the course
- Is able to describe and evaluate the effects of their own activities on student well-being
