The student will identify some of the key steps and methods of the service design process. He has not been able to critically apply service design methods and thinking in his own development project. He has not been able to engage clients and stakeholders in development activities. The student has completed some of the assignments.

The student recognizes the key steps and methods of the service design process. He has been able to compare and justify the service design methods he has chosen for his development project. He has been able to engage clients and stakeholders in development activities. The student has completed the given assignments.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student understands comprehensively the key steps and methods of the service design process. He has been able to analyze the benefits of the methods and based his selection of service design methods on his own development project. He has been able to engage clients and stakeholders in development activities and has been successful in bringing his development project to the customer. Throughout the project, he has been able to work with the various partners in a responsible, flexible and constructive manner. The student has completed all the assignments in a commendable manner.
